Business Development Manager

At Accomplish Today, we're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth by building and nurturing relationships with recruitment agencies and contractors.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales KPIs in a B2B/B2C sales environment and be able to communicate complex information in a clear, articulate manner to clients, contractors, and colleagues.
We offer a competitive salary, OTE £45,000, and a range of benefits including salary reviews every February, company social events, and enhanced maternity/paternity benefits.
As a Business Development Executive, you'll have the opportunity to work with a successful and growing business, with a passion for supporting personal development and team working to ensure high levels of job satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving business growth by building and nurturing relationships with recruitment agencies and contractors
- Generating referrals and building new agency relationships
- Conducting initial consultations with potential clients and contractors, converting warm leads into active customers
- Advising and assisting customers with starter packs or completing the joining portal online
Requirements:
- Minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a B2B/B2C sales environment with a track record of achieving sales KPIs
- Basic Word, Outlook, and Excel skills
