**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claim Handler to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of claims.

As an Insurance Claim Handler, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls and emails to resolve their queries and concerns. You will also work closely with colleagues to ensure accurate and efficient claim management, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims from inception to settlement
  • Maintain accurate data on relevant case management systems
  • Comply with set client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Ensure quality service standards and productivity levels are maintained to a high standard

**Requirements**

To succeed as an Insurance Claim Handler, you should have at least 5 years of experience in commercial motor claims handling. You will need excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to manage your workload effectively. Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.

**Benefits**

At Davies, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including:
