Customer Service Claims Handler

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Claims Handler. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, resolving queries quickly, and offering the right solution first time.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £17,270 per annum, with the potential to increase to £24,255 OTE after completing your apprenticeship. You will also be eligible for a bonus up to £4,200 once established.
Key Responsibilities:

- Ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Familiarity with software packages used in the industry
