About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Care Assistant to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant. You will be responsible for supervising a team of dedicated Care Assistants and supporting the Deputy General Manager in areas such as medication management, assessments, and care planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a key member of the care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents
  • Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
  • Support the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, and care planning
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £23,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including career progression through roles such as Care Practitioner or nursing positions.
