We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team at Primary Care Careers. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.
Main Responsibilities- Patient Greeting and Coordination: Greet patients in a professional and welcoming manner, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
- Telephone and Email Management: Handle incoming calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner, responding to patient inquiries and requests.
- Scheduling and Appointments: Schedule appointments for patients with healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Medical Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with medical regulations and standards.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Education: GCSEs or equivalent in maths and English.
- Experience: Customer Service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Skills: General computer skills, with proficiency in medical software and systems.
