Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing Patients: Welcome patients as they arrive for appointments, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
- Telephone and In-Person Enquiries: Respond to patient calls and in-person inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments with healthcare professionals, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling.
- Medical Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to healthcare professionals, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Qualifications: GCSEs in Maths and English, customer service experience, and general computer skills.
- Call Centre Experience: Previous experience in a call centre environment is highly desirable.
- Training and Shifts: Commitment to a full 2-week training plan and flexibility to work part-time or full-time shifts.
