Medical Receptionist Full-time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team at Attenborough Surgery. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate appointments, procedures, and tests, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective care.
- Process repeat prescription requests, handle phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely and efficient manner.
- Update patient computer records as required, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Inform patients of test results, investigations, and other important information in a clear and concise manner.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry, as required.
- GCSEs in Maths and English.
- Customer Service experience.
- Call centre experience.
- General computer skills.
