Job Title: Spa Operations Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Operations Manager to join our team at The Lowry Hotel. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of spa professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Ensure the spa facilities are clean, well-maintained, and compliant with all relevant legislation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of spa professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  • Commercial Management: Work with the Operations Director to prepare budgets and business plans, ensuring the spa meets its revenue and profit targets.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to improve our spa services and offerings.
  • Inventory Management: Manage spa inventory effectively, ensuring audit compliance and minimizing waste.
  • Employee Management: Recruit, train, and develop spa employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Guest Feedback: Review guest feedback and implement improvements to ensure guest satisfaction.
