About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a Senior Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our spa team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement spa treatment menus and programs to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the spa team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze spa performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the spa remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
