Executive Director, Community Operations

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director, Community Operations to lead our community operations team at Hale Country Club & Spa. As a key member of our THG Experiences team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the club, including food and beverage, kitchen, spa, gym, padel, and memberships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of the club's operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our members and guests.
- Work closely with our wider THG teams to develop new concepts and integrate our brands into the club's offerings.
- Identify training gaps and develop solutions to enhance the skills of our team members.
- Project manage refurbishments and new initiatives to enhance the club's facilities and services.
