About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Delta Hotels by Marriott Manchester Airport. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa, including treatment scheduling, staff supervision, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the spa team to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests.
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott International's quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor and analyze spa performance metrics to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of spa operations, including treatment protocols and inventory management.
