We're currently seeking a Senior Spa Therapist to join our talented team at King Street Townhouse Hotel. As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and enhancing the experience for our esteemed members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests at reception and deliver a memorable experience
  • Support the Spa Manager in delivering customer standards and strive to exceed expectations
  • Maintain a professional, clean environment to ensure guest comfort
  • Fully understand existing treatments and procedures to deliver a world-class service
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards
  • Attend team meetings and events to stay informed and engaged
  • Deliver exceptional aftercare and retail recommendations to all clientele
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness at all times
  • Deliver brand standards and ensure consistency across all aspects of the spa
  • Book in clients and manage phone calls efficiently
  • Achieve treatment and retail targets to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Specific experience within a spa/health club environment
  • Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • Experience with ESPA and Elemis is preferred but not essential
  • Impeccable attention to detail and customer service experience
  • Proven experience working as part of a successful team with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in our brands NVQ level 3 beauty therapy or equivalent
  • Previous Beauty therapy experience in a 5-star/luxury background Natural leadership qualities
