We are currently seeking a Spa Therapist to join our team at King Street Townhouse Hotel. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering world-class spa services and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Support the Spa Manager in maintaining high standards of service and quality
  • Maintain a professional and clean environment
  • Deliver treatments and services to the highest standard
  • Attend team meetings and events
  • Deliver exceptional aftercare and retail recommendations
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness
  • Deliver brand standards
  • Booking in clients and taking phone calls
  • Achieving treatment and retail targets

Requirements:

  • Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • Experience within a spa/health club environment
  • Impeccable attention to detail and customer service experience
  • Proven experience working as part of a successful team with excellent interpersonal skills
