Job Description:
Location: Hale, Cheshire
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, variable shifts including some weekends (5 days a week)
Salary: Competitive, reflecting your skills and experience
Hale Country Club & Spa is seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our esteemed members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized spa treatments and services to meet the needs of our clients
- Work closely with the Spa Manager to maintain high standards of customer service and quality
- Ensure a clean and professional environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our spa services and products to provide expert recommendations
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent in beauty therapy
- Experience working in a luxury spa environment, preferably with ESPA and Elemis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of spa operations, including treatment protocols and product knowledge
