Job Description:

Location: Manchester City Centre
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, variable shifts including evenings and weekends
Salary: Competitive, reflecting your skills and experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Spa Therapist to join our talented team at King Street Townhouse Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional spa and wellness experiences, with a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service and leadership skills.

The hotel features a rooftop infinity spa pool with stunning views of Manchester's iconic town hall, as well as treatment rooms, a gym, and conferencing & event space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering memorable experiences for our esteemed guests and members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests at reception and deliver a world-class service
  • Support the Spa Manager in delivering customer standards and exceed expectations
  • Maintain a professional, clean environment to ensure guest comfort
  • Fully understand existing treatments and procedures to effectively deliver a premium experience
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards
  • Attend team meetings and events to stay informed and engaged
  • Deliver exceptional aftercare and retail recommendations to all clientele
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness at all times
  • Deliver brand standards and achieve treatment and retail targets
  • Book appointments and manage phone calls in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • Specific experience within a spa/health club environment
  • Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • Experience with ESPA and Elemis is preferred but not essential
  • Impeccable attention to detail and customer service experience
  • Proven experience working as part of a successful team with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in our brands NVQ level 3 beauty therapy or equivalent
  • Previous Beauty therapy experience in a 5-star/luxury background Natural leadership qualities
