Job Description:

Location: Hale, Cheshire
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, variable shifts including some weekends (5 days a week)
Salary: Competitive, reflecting your skills and experience

We're seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Hale Country Club & Spa. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests/members have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests at reception and deliver a world-class experience
  • Support the Spa Manager in delivering customer standards and exceed expectations
  • Maintain a professional, clean environment to ensure guest comfort
  • Fully understand existing treatments and procedures to deliver exceptional service
  • Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are fit for purpose
  • Attend weekly/monthly team meetings and events
  • Deliver exceptional aftercare and retail recommendations to all clientele
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness at all times
  • Deliver brand standards
  • Book clients and take phone calls
  • Achieve treatment and retail targets
  • Hold NVQ level 3 beauty therapy or equivalent
  • Previous beauty therapy experience in a 5-star/luxury background
  • Natural leadership qualities

Requirements:

  • Specific experience within a spa/health club environment
  • Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • Experience with ESPA and Elemis is preferred but not essential
  • Impeccable attention to detail and customer service experience
  • Proven experience working as part of a successful team with excellent interpersonal skills
