We're looking for a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at King Street Townhouse Hotel. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests at reception and deliver a personalized experience
  • Support the Spa Manager in maintaining high standards of customer service and quality
  • Maintain a clean and professional environment, ensuring that our guests feel comfortable and relaxed
  • Deliver exceptional treatments and services, ensuring that our guests are satisfied and happy
  • Attend team meetings and events, ensuring that you are up-to-date with company news and developments
  • Deliver exceptional aftercare and retail recommendations to all clientele
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness at all times
  • Deliver brand standards and ensure that our guests have a positive experience
  • Booking in clients and taking phone calls
  • Achieving treatment and retail targets

Requirements:

  • Specific experience within a spa/health club environment
  • Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • Experience with ESPA and Elemis is preferred but not essential
  • Impeccable attention to detail and customer service experience
  • Proven experience working as part of a successful team with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in our brands NVQ level 3 beauty therapy or equivalent
  • Previous Beauty therapy experience in a 5-star/luxury background Natural leadership qualities
