About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a Senior Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our spa team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement spa treatment menus and programs to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
- Manage spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Collaborate with the spa team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze spa performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the spa remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
