About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety professional to join our team as Head of Health and Safety. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our EHS Management System to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement EHS Policies: Create and enforce robust health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify and assess potential hazards and risks in the workplace, and implement controls to mitigate them.
  3. Provide Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to work safely.
  4. Monitor and Review EHS Performance: Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure our EHS Management System is effective and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with employees, management, and external partners to ensure EHS is integrated into all aspects of our business.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Significant experience in health and safety management and advisory roles, preferably within the media, events, and entertainment industry.
  2. Expertise: In-depth knowledge of health & safety and fire regulations, risk management principles, and insurance practices.
  3. Credentials: NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and Chartered Member of IOSH (or working towards).
