The Health and Safety Partnership Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our professional services company, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality construction safety and business safety services to clients across the UK and internationally.
About the Role
As a Senior Construction Health and Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a high level of workload through effective bidding and proposal writing
- Overseeing infrastructure projects for both current and prospective clients
- Managing and delivering project deliverables
- Providing support and contributing ideas to innovative delivery methods
- Working closely with our London team on projects and delivery as part of our national team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will ideally hold or be working towards CMIOSH status or equivalent. You will also have a degree or higher-level qualification in a relevant Health and Safety or Construction subject. Additionally, you will have experience in working with large-scale projects, including highways, infrastructure, power, rail, and/or water.
Key Skills and Experience
- Delivering CDM duties as both the Principal Designer and the Client
- Delivering audits, inspections, and management system reviews
- Assisting with project set up for both new and existing clients

The Health and Safety Partnership Limited understands the importance of a work-life balance and offers a hybrid working policy that allows flexibility. The role will pay £50,000 - £60,000 plus benefits and support with training, development, and promotion.
