We are seeking a talented Housing Standards Consultant to join our team, who will play a key role in ensuring compliance with housing standards and validating future investment needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering professional asset management surveys and providing technical advice to stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with Decent Homes and HHSRS standards
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to maintain accurate records and provide value for money

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of construction legislation and health & safety standards
  • Proven experience conducting building surveys and analysing property conditions
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive approach to risk management
