Morson Talent is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Executive to join their Sales team in Manchester. As a Key Account Executive, you will work closely with the Key Account Director in managing and maintaining a portfolio of Recruitment Agency Accounts while developing and growing your relationships with existing and new stakeholders. This is a proactive role with opportunities for progression, and occasional travel to visit key clients may be required.

This role offers a competitive base salary of £30,000 with an ATE of £45,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Increase the number of referring consultants and enquiries within the patch.
  2. Act as a main point of contact for clients and their needs, working closely with the Key Account Director.
  3. Collaborate with the Key Account Advisor to address and resolve agency queries.
  4. Regularly follow up with consultants in the patch to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities.
  5. Support the Key Account Director in achieving objectives outlined by the Sales Director.
  6. Action cross-sell opportunities identified by the Key Account Director.
  7. Maintain a record of existing accounts, including account/consultant profile information, activity, and competitor insight on the Sales CRM.
  8. Account map every account to identify key stakeholders within each.
  9. Support the Key Account Director with consultant legislation/Umbrella training where necessary.
  10. Attend face-to-face agency visits and provide support with agency merchandise and hospitality requirements.
  11. Complete all commercial request forms required for the patch.
  12. Collaborate with marketing to produce agency-specific documents where required.
  13. Work with the Key Account Director to raise the online social media profile.
Role Criteria & Experience:
  1. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Umbrella or recruitment industry.
  2. Experience in a similar role with expectations split between sales and support.
  3. Effective written and oral communication skills.
  4. Experience in exceeding call targets of 50+ per day.
  5. Superior organisational skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal support.
  6. Previous experience collaborating with others.
  7. Experience in working with and maximising usage of internal systems and Sales CRM system.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
