Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wholesale Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Wholesale Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving key account sales initiatives across individual channels, managing your own portfolio of wholesale accounts, and building strong relationships with key wholesale customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own portfolio of wholesale accounts, building new and managing existing relationships with clients, providing them with excellent customer service, which is prompt, informative, and engaging.
  • Build strong relationships and strategic partnerships with key wholesale customers.
  • Establish and execute a comprehensive key account roadmap, that aligns with the overall company strategy and our ambitious growth plans.
  • Create assortments for each customer, forging a deep understanding of their customer and business.
  • Be the voice of your key accounts, about assortment planning, marketing plans, in-store and online.
  • Regularly analyse and communicate commercial sales data and create action plans based on results.
  • Plan budgets for each season and deliver against the sales plans set.
  • Translate market knowledge, trends, and analysis across key accounts to advance assortments for new seasons.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to drive marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Work closely with design and product development to ensure all product is to the required specifications, quality, and pricing.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' work experience in UK Sales, E-Com, or Omni-Channel.
  • A deep knowledge and insight into the UK market and competitors in the sportswear industry.
  • Product knowledge of men's and women's sportswear/streetwear.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills and a natural desire for improving solutions across people, processes, and systems.
  • A hands-on mentality in working.
  • A knowledge of working with UK key accounts such as JD Sports, ASOS, Foot Asylum, and House of Fraser.
