Strategic Health and Wellbeing Consultant

Willis Towers Watson is offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Strategic Health and Wellbeing Consultant to join our Mid Market Health & Benefits Sales & Client Management team. The successful candidate will have the chance to work with key clients across various sectors, providing strategic advice and consulting services on their health and wellbeing strategies.
About the RoleThis role requires a high level of expertise in the UK healthcare and risk benefits market, including knowledge of healthcare plans, dental insurance, cash plans, Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), Group Income Protection (GIP), Guaranteed Minimum Pension (GLA), Critical Illness cover, and flexible benefits.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a client-facing, commercial role within the UK Health and Wellbeing benefits market sector. They should be able to assess the best products and service options for each client, ensuring that they receive the best advice at every stage of the sales/renewal process.
In this dynamic role, you will work closely with the support team to prepare quotations and client reports. You will also be required to network with colleagues from the wider WTW organisation and business partners to identify growth opportunities and connect multi-nationally.
As a Strategic Health and Wellbeing Consultant, you will play a key part in delivering thought leadership and direction for clients across all sectors. You will represent WTW to prospective clients, providers, and partners, bringing market-leading insights and thought leadership to support clients' wellbeing strategy and development.

Key Responsibilities- To manage a portfolio of strategic health and wellbeing clients, providing strategic consultancy and advice to drive growth and retention.
- To project manage and oversee the successful renewal process for a portfolio of clients.
- To mentor other colleagues and contribute to the overall strategy for training and development across the wider team.
- To assess the best products and service options for each client, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- To work closely with the support team to prepare quotations and client reports.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
