Job Title: Counter Manager

We are seeking an experienced Counter Manager to join our team at NEOM Wellbeing. The successful candidate will have a passion for wellbeing and customer service, with a proven track record in managing a counter or store.

About the Role:

As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of one of our counters in a department store setting. This will include driving forward sales, KPIs and company objectives, completing targets, rotas and weekly reports, and organising and supporting in-store and field events to promote NEOM as a brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of staff, providing training and education to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with other teams to promote NEOM's brand and values, and to develop and implement initiatives to improve customer experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and share knowledge and best practices with the team.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

2 years minimum experience managing a counter or storePrevious people management experienceRetail experience within the health and beauty industryA genuine interest in wellbeing and a passion for customer serviceMeticulous attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
