We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team at Malmaison and Hotel du Vin. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

  • Welcoming guests and assisting with luggage and parking
  • Providing information and directions to local attractions and hotel facilities
