Concierge

As a Concierge at Malmaison Oxford, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay with us. Your role will involve a combination of customer service, front of house, and driver/valet duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome guests as they arrive, assist with luggage, and take responsibility for parking their cars.
- Have interaction with guests throughout their stay, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Assist with check-in and check-out, and provide room guests with information about the hotel and local area.
- Use local knowledge to provide directions and recommendations to guests.
- Book tickets or make recommendations for places to eat.
- A full clean driving license is required for this role.
- Progression into a front office position is available for the right candidate.
