Concierge Role at Malmaison Oxford

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team at Malmaison Oxford. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests and assisting with luggage and parking
  • Providing information and directions to local attractions and hotel facilities
  • Assisting with check-in and check-out processes
  • Offering recommendations for dining and entertainment
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the hotel and local area
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the local area and attractions
  • Full clean driving license
