### Job Title: Head of Inclusive Learning Support

### Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as the Head of Inclusive Learning Support at Clarus Education Ltd. This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of inclusive education at our Further Education College in Harrow.

### Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the Assistant Director to develop and manage SEND provision in alignment with the College's strategic objectives.
* Lead a dedicated team in delivering Learning Support for SEND learners and staff, including support for deaf or hard-of-hearing students.
* Oversee the administration, application, enrolment, and provision of support for students with EHCPs, including budgetary needs for High Needs students.
* Assist in managing additional support funding claims across the College and externally from local authorities, representing the College as the SENCO.

### Requirements

* SEN Expertise: Experience in SEN teaching and learning support delivery in a cross-College setting.
* Funding Knowledge: Understanding of funding methodology in Learning Support.
* Comprehensive Support Delivery: Ability to deliver across the learning support spectrum.
* Equality and Safeguarding: Understanding of Equality and Diversity and Safeguarding in education.
* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing circumstances.
* IT Proficiency: Good IT skills, including experience with databases.
* Financial Acumen: Experience in meeting financial targets and overseeing budgets.
