Group Head of HR and Workforce Strategy

A rapidly expanding organization seeks a skilled HR professional to drive strategic planning and workforce development. As Group Head of HR and Workforce Strategy, you will contribute to designing and implementing HR strategies that align with our growth and evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent, with a focus on retention, succession planning, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with leaders to support workforce planning efforts, ensuring departments have the right talent and resources.
  • Assist in developing and executing performance management processes, including support for coaching and development.
  • Oversee daily HR activities, such as employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including exposure to strategic HR initiatives and hands-on HR operations.
  • Proven ability to support HR strategies within growing organizations, ideally with some experience in start-up or fast-paced settings.
  • Solid knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and UK employment law.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and basic data analysis.
