About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team as a CAMHS Community Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of young people and their families, providing high-quality care and support.

Main Responsibilities

As a CAMHS Community Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing new young people coming through the service, holding a clinical caseload of people undertaking short-term, evidence-based interventions in line with our care pathways. You will work closely with the wider team to provide a high-quality service, ensuring high standards of clinical practice when working with all young people and their families.

Working Arrangements

We work a mix of digital, face-to-face, and home working. You will be based in one of our hubs across the county, with the opportunity to work from home for part of the week. We also offer a generous relocation package for those interested in moving to Dorset.
