About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team as a CAMHS Community Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of young people and their families, providing high-quality care and support.

Main Responsibilities

As a CAMHS Community Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing new young people coming through the service, holding a clinical caseload of people undertaking short-term, evidence-based interventions in line with our care pathways. You will also provide some duty cover when needed and work closely with the wider team to ensure high standards of clinical practice.

Working Arrangements

We offer a mix of digital, face-to-face, and home working, with various base hubs available across the county. We also offer a generous relocation package of up to £10,000 for those interested in moving to Dorset.

Requirements

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced DBS check. We welcome applications from experienced Mental Health Practitioners who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to young people and their families.
