About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our CAMHS Community Team as a CAMHS Community Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to young people and their families.

As a CAMHS Community Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing new referrals, holding a clinical caseload of young people, and providing evidence-based interventions in line with our care pathways. You will work closely with the wider team to ensure high standards of clinical practice and provide a high-quality service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities

Requirements

\u2022 Strong clinical skills and knowledge of mental health interventions

\u2022 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
