About the Role

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our CAMHS team as a CAMHS Community Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, providing high-quality care to young people and their families.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing new young people coming through the service, holding a clinical caseload of people undertaking short-term, evidence-based interventions in line with our care pathways, and providing some duty cover when needed. We work a mix of digital, face-to-face, and home working, and the successful candidate will work closely with the wider team to ensure high standards of clinical practice.

What We Offer

We offer a range of benefits, including a generous relocation package of up to £10,000 for those moving to Dorset. We also have various base hubs available across the county for staff who live in the West to use as their base, as well as running face-to-face clinics at these hubs and working from home for part of the week.
