Audit & Accounts Senior Position

TPF Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled Audit & Accounts Senior to join their successful firm of chartered accountants based in Orpington. This position involves providing a mixed audit and accounts service to a range of corporate and not-for-profit organisations, primarily comprising academies. The client is open to candidates with various experience levels, including those interested in building a career in audit & accounts. They welcome part-time and full-time applications, as well as hybrid and remote working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing financial statements from clients' trial balance;
- Auditing all areas of financial statements and preparing audit files for review;
- Collaborating with a team, demonstrating a positive attitude, and taking initiative when necessary;
- Providing on-the-job training for team members when appropriate;
Requirements:
- You will be ACA/ACCA qualified or nearly qualified with a strong background in audit and a proven track record of audit and accounts experience gained within an accountancy practice environment as an Audit Senior / Executive or Semi Senior.

Benefits:
- Annual salary £40K - £45K per annum (FTE), depending on experience;
- Salary review annually in July;
- Hybrid or Remote working;
- Paid overtime or time off in lieu;
- Auto-enrolment pension scheme;
- 25 days annual leave (pro-rata), with an additional day after every 4 years' service, up to 5 additional days, as well as Christmas Eve;
- Parking at the office.
