Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with prospective clients to showcase the venue's capabilities and charm.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to sales enquiries, wedding show-arounds, and FAM trips.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest wedding trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to ensure the company remains competitive and relevant in the market.
  • Generate accurate and detailed information for invoicing of events, with opportunities to upsell products and services throughout the event process to maximize revenue.
  • Manage customer feedback, addressing guest problems and complaints related to weddings and events.
  • Attend weekly function and sales meetings to stay informed and aligned with the team.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Contribute to the development of annual sales and events targets.
  • Participate in workshops, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
  • Collaborate closely with the events team to drive success.
  • Keep the team informed about potential leads and upcoming events.
