A unique opportunity has arisen for an organised and motivated individual to join the Town Hall Hotel & Apartments team as a Wedding and Events Coordinator.

The role involves working closely with clients to understand their wedding visions and preferences, ensuring that every detail aligns with their dream celebration. As a Wedding and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable, magical moments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and expectations for the wedding or event.
  • Develop creative and personalised wedding and event concepts that reflect the client's vision.
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the wedding or event, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
  • Maintain a sound knowledge of the hotel's products and additional sales opportunities.
  • Foster excellent relationships with all clients, wedding planners, and vendors.
  • Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure everyone works toward the same goals.
  • Provide quick and effective solutions to challenges, ensuring a smooth and successful event.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, vendors, and the events team.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both written and oral communication, ensuring clear and professional correspondence with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • The ability to align weddings & event planning with high hospitality standards to elevate the overall guest experience.
  • Impeccable attention to detail to ensure every aspect of the wedding or event meets client expectations and quality standards.
  • A keen eye for trends and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table to enhance services.
