TLP Education is currently seeking an experienced SEN English Teacher to join our team in Maidstone, Kent. This is a full-time, long-term position starting as soon as possible, with a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, paid to scale.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils aged 11-16. As an SEN English Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing and monitoring pupil progress, and working collaboratively with colleagues to develop effective classroom strategies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in English or a related subject
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Experience working with pupils with ASD and SEMH needs
