General Ledger Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team at BlackFox Solutions. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. High-volume invoicing: You will create and send invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Bank reconciliations: You will ensure that all bank statements are accurately reconciled and accounted for.
3. General ledger postings: You will enter financial transactions into our general ledger system, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
4. Supplier payments: You will process supplier payments in a timely manner, ensuring that all payments are made on time.
5. Creditor reconciliation: You will verify creditor statements and make any necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy.
6. Assisting the accountant: You will provide support to our accountant during the month-end close process, ensuring that all financial statements are accurately prepared and presented.
