Job Description: Purchase Ledger Specialist
We are seeking an experienced purchase ledger specialist to join our Administration team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's purchase ledger, processing supplier invoices, credit notes, and other authorised transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the company's purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and other authorised transactions into the purchase ledger.
- Match invoices to purchase orders/delivery dockets to ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile supplier statements to ensure timely payment.
- Provide reception cover and process documents as required.
Requirements:
- 1-year experience working in a busy administration or accounts department.
- Experience using Sage or a similar package.
- Ability to process high-volume purchase ledgers efficiently.
