Administrative Finance Coordinator

VANRATH is excited to offer a challenging opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Finance Administrator to join our esteemed client, an established business in Ballymena. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional financial management and administrative support to the Director and other staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including bank accounts and credit cards
- Develop and implement effective financial systems and processes to ensure seamless operations
- Coordinate travel and subsistence arrangements for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare and manage invoices, payments, and expenses, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Provide administrative support to the Director, including organizing meetings, preparing reports, and conducting research
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in a finance or accounting role
- Strong bookkeeping skills, with knowledge of purchase/sales ledger software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
