We are looking for a dedicated HR/Finance Admin Assistant to support our dynamic team at our headquarters in Ballymena.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the recruitment process including coordinating job postings for stores, interview scheduling, and maintaining employee records.
- Assist with payroll processing and resolve any payroll issues alongside outsourced payroll department.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and coordinate training sessions.
- Support the exit process for leavers.
- Support in maintaining and updating Workforce Management System and Training Platform.
- Respond to internal and external HR related enquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Support in maintaining good relations between staff and management through clear communication.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience in HR administration, preferably in the retail or hospitality sector.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Experience with Workforce Management Systems preferably in a retail or hospitality setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clear and effective interactions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.
- Adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
