About the Opportunity:

We are excited to offer a unique chance for a Sales Growth Leader to join our team in London. As a key member of our Away From Home team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through managing a complex set of customers and executing commercial plans.

About the Role:

  • Manage 40+ existing customers, including national buying groups and key independent businesses.
  • Deliver solution-focused plans to drive an overall P&L of $16M+. Engage in tough negotiations, think on your feet, and make effective commercial decisions under pressure.
  • Build JVP's at a national and local level based on robust data analysis and agreed KPI's.


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer relationship management skills is critical. Sound negotiation skills, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial challenges are essential.
  • Wholesale selling or buying experience is desirable. A Bachelor's/Master's degree preferred. Technical proficiencies in Microsoft Office Suite are required.
