Job Title: Operational Excellence Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team at Foundation Recruitment.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Operations Manager to ensure seamless operation of our shopping centre. You will assist in developing and delivering the annual business plan and service charge, manage soft service and facility maintenance activities, and support various operational projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administering the Digital Permit to Work and Visitor Management System, conducting weekly Health and Safety inspections, and reviewing and managing reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Communicating company information and initiatives to employees, leading and directing on-site security and cleaning operatives, and participating in the Centre’s induction and training programs.
  • Ensuring the site’s safety, security, and cleanliness, overseeing security teams and emergency systems, and managing recycling operations and improving processes.
