Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Excellence Manager to join our team at Gopuff. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to drive operational excellence across our grocery delivery platform.

Responsibilities

The Operations Excellence Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to drive operational excellence across our grocery delivery platform. This will include:





  • Developing and implementing process improvements to optimize inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address operational challenges.

  • Providing training and coaching to operations teams on best practices and process improvements.

  • Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Developing and executing action plans to meet or exceed performance targets.



The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.



Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:





  • A bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools and software to drive operational improvements.



The salary for this role is estimated to be between $120,000 and $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
