Support Professional for Children with Special Needs

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at NYKays Ltd. As a Teaching Assistant for ASD and SEN, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other special educational needs.
- Skillfully supporting children with ASD and SEN on a one-to-one basis, promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to each student's unique needs.
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment by adhering to the school's policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three months' experience supporting children with ASD and associated challenging behaviors. They must be committed to working with children with special educational needs, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage confrontation and challenging behavior effectively.
Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need:
