Job Description
As an SEN teaching assistant, your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing tailored learning strategies, providing individualized support to students with special educational needs, and participating in whole-class teaching activities. You'll also contribute to maintaining a well-organized and safe classroom environment. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be adaptable, patient, and able to work collaboratively with others. In addition, you should have a strong commitment to supporting children with special needs and be willing to undergo comprehensive training and professional development to further enhance your skills and knowledge.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation package consisting of a weekly salary range of £450-500, access to professional development opportunities, and comprehensive training to enable you to provide effective support to students with special educational needs. The school is situated in Camden, providing convenient access to public transportation networks.
