Educating and empowering children with special educational needs requires a unique blend of skills, patience, and passion. At Empowering Learning, we are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary SEND School in Streatham.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with learning difficulties or disabilities and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individual support to pupils with various SEND needs
  • Supervising pupil behavior and encouraging positive behavior in the classroom

You will work closely with teachers to prepare lessons and plan activities that cater to the diverse needs of the students. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
