Job Summary

This senior-level position will lead and develop a global strategy to optimize AECOM's fleet spend, achieve cost savings, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in category management, strategic sourcing, and procurement, with a focus on indirect procurement for fleet and mobility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fleet optimization strategy to achieve cost savings and reduce GHG emissions.
  • Leverage data and analytics to understand AECOM's current demand for fleet across key regions.
  • Implement a supplier relationship management model with strategic suppliers.
  • SUPPORT wider AECOM stakeholders with supplier relationship management for strategic suppliers.
  • Utilize eProcurement technology and data to improve efficiency and achieve high levels of compliance to procurement policy and processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • No less than 8 years of relevant experience in category management, strategic sourcing, and procurement, with a focus on indirect procurement for fleet and mobility.
  • Experience in delivery of strategic sourcing projects on a global basis.
  • Strong background and understanding of how to develop a procurement business case.
  • Experience working in the services sector, specifically professional services, financial services, and/or transportation.
