About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Fleet Optimization Specialist to join our team at Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch). This is an exciting opportunity to drive Amazon Logistics technical fleet capabilities and optimize the technical attributes of our last mile vehicle fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the optimization of technical attributes of our expanding vehicle fleet, innovating on behalf of our customers.
  • Driving planning, resolution, and execution in complex technical projects, taking accountability for results.
  • Managing projects from idea to implementation, identifying improvement potential and working independently to achieve goals.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher, with extensive experience in technical program management, technical development, or related technical roles in the commercial mobility (vans, trucks buses) or automotive industry.
  2. Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to balance weekly commitments with stakeholders while managing projects of varying length and scale.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
